Rare George Nelson Swag Leg Dining Table 1 of 20 Made
George Nelson designed a group of furniture for the University of Colorado in the 1960´s, manufactured by Herman Miller. 20 of these tables were fabricated for a dining hall. utilizing Nelson´s "swag" leg design, tubular steel tapering to a fine point with a pair of curves. The legs are joined by an X frame of walnut. The square top is beautifully bookmatch veneered in walnut. The table is in exceptional condition considering its history, with only light wear. Perfect for the eat in kitchen, or breakfast nook.
